]]> I had blogged about Icona Condos in January and explained why I thought it was a great investment opportunity for any hands off investors.  As predicted, the 1170 units were sold within days of the release and our brokerage was able to secure many units for our clients.

In light of the success our brokerage had, we are given the opportunity to sell off the last building which is a small boutique tower above the hotel that will be built to the south of the building.  There are only 300 units available in this tower and it will feature a beautiful hotel lobby and access to the condos.

The Condominium won’t be affiliated with the hotel so any concerns regarding it being classified as a commercial property can be alleviated.  (Think Trump Tower Fiasco)

We also have a handful of units that came back from purchasers including 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms that are also available if you’re interested in looking at them.  The floor plans for the south tower are different than east and west so please reach out if you would like more information or pricing.
