]]> You know that I don’t get excited about new developments that easily as I find most developments coming into the market are overpriced as an investment vehicle but once in a while, you come across something where everything is lining up.  This is when I personally am looking to invest in a project as well.  Such is a project; The Icona

It’s coming in the newly formed downtown of Vaughan and will host almost 1200 units and will change the face of the area.

Following are my coles notes on why I love this building:

  • Located literally steps from the new VMC TTC subway station
  • Located right middle of the new Vaughan Metropolitan Center (New Vaughan Downtown)
  • One of two buildings (Second building will have higher price)
  • Most units in the building (larger than 600 sq ft) come with parking (bonus!)
  • Many more projects are coming in the area which will result in higher demand, population and rental prices

I just came back from a sneak peak at the project and don’t have much information to share here.  The marketing packages will be released to the public next week but till then, get in touch with me so I can add you to our allocation.  There are only a handful of agents with allocations for this building so get in touch asap if you’re interested in purchasing here.
